(svn.ref.svnadmin.sw): Correct the description of "--ignore-uuid".
Also, lose the "<literal>" mark-up of "UUID", as "UUID" isn't a
literal quotation and the mark-up was inconsistent.

Fix a typo: "svmadin" -> "svnadmin".
