Update news about the second edition, and tweak the header line to
match the 2nd edition's actual book cover.

* ru/book/ch-advanced-topics.xml: new translation for some parts

Add new Russion translation team member, Andrey Kolchugin.

- Enhanced translation of the copy-modify-merge
section.

- Fixed coding problems.

Minor wording tweak that I suspect O'Reilly's copyeditors would
have smacked me for writing in the first place.

Tweak some wording to avoid implying untrue things only revealed as
untrue if the reader keeps reading long enough to hit the revelation.
