Apply patch for describing translations (from Grzegorz Adam
Hankiewicz <gradha@...>). Also, fixup some
styles, and widen the page a bit.

Internationalize the svnbook website.

Beautify, repair, and call out the online versions a bit more using some
colour (you get a better sense of artistic excellence if you use the
European spelling, ya know).

* index.html: provide a new table with links to 1.0 and 1.1 book.

Move the some rights reserved logo to the links div.

Add 'Some Rights Reserved' image and link.

The book is now published--act like it.
