Document svndumpfilter.

This fixes the rest of issue #120.

* book/ch09-reference.xml: Document the svndumpfilter reference

* ch04-branching-and-merging.xml: suggestions from cmpilato.

Grep through book logs, notice email addresses, sort by last name,
uniq, then merge them into the *existing* list of known contributors.

This should bring us up-to-date with r3136. If we ever need to expand
this list, begin the grepping *after* r3136.

* ch00-preface.xml: update acknowledgements, big-time.

* ch04-branching-and-merging.xml: (issue 121) write new section mentioning the complexity of mergeinfo.

* full-book.xml: 1.4 completed

1.4 is released

* ch09-reference.txt: Use the more familiar Linux 'Aborted' message.

Document missing subcommands in svnadmin and svnsync.
