Undo accidental commit when I attempted to complete an example from the wrong shell. How meta of me.

Initial Import.

Document svn resolve and deprecated svn resolved.

This fixes issue #112.

* src/en/book/ch09-reference.xml: svn resolve work, + s/fitz/harry in
a later example.

* src/en/book/ch03-advanced-topics.xml
Rewrite the tip regarding 'svn add --force .' for accuracy and clarity.

Document xml output of, blame, diff, info, list, log, propget,
proplist, and status commands by providing a nice example for each.

This fixes r102.

* book/ch09-reference.xml: Xml examples.

Add a tip for using shell wildcards with svn:ignores.

This fixes issue #115, discovered on Konstantin Rekk's blog at

* ch03-advanced-topics.xml: Blurble.

Document 1.5 high-level logging.

This fixes r114.

* book/ch09-reference.xml: Update logging reference and alphabetize
different action types fer cryin' out loud.

* book/ch06-server-configuration.xml: Update old 1.4 examples to 1.5
examples. Also fer cryin' out loud.

* ch06-server-configuration.xml: clarify SASL on win32, thanks to Simon Large.

* ch00-preface.xml: typo fix from Jens M. Felderhoff <j.m.f@...>.

* ch06-server-configuration.xml: fix path-authz example, explain rule-matching better.
