* ch06-server-configuration.xml: clarify SASL on win32, thanks to Simon Large.

* ch00-preface.xml: typo fix from Jens M. Felderhoff <j.m.f@...>.

* ch06-server-configuration.xml: fix path-authz example, explain rule-matching better.

Fix typo.

Add missing -v flag to example 'svn log' invocation.

Finish issue #116 - ch09: Document SVNAllowBulkUpdates mod_dav_svn directive.

Document the SVNAllowBulkUpdates mod_dav_svn directory. While here,
change the headers for the other directives to more closely resemble
the way Apache documents its own built-in directives.

Document 'svn log -v', including a list of the action codes.
