* ch06-server-configuration.xml: finish copyedits.

Add "None" options sections for svnlook subcommand.

Remove "None" alternate names section for svnsync subcommand.

This means that now the 'svn' command section has "Alternate Name"
sections for all subcommands. All other commands (which most do *not*
have alternate names), do not.
