Version Control With Subversion Source

Enclosed are some copyedit tweaks. I received them from
O'Reilly's wonderful staff some time ago, and have finally found some
time to implement them.

folks suffer?

Enter Chapter 5's O'Reilly copyedits.

Move most of the Brazilian translation team to the EMERITUS section.

Make the custom footer only appear in the English version. Other
translations may wish to do something similar, pointing folks to their
translation homepage.

Move English-specific bits out of here, and ...

* src/en/stylesheets/custom-html-stylesheet.xsl
... make use of the existing custom stylesheet support to put those
English-specific bits only into the English version of the book (by
adding these custom stylesheets).

Add the Subversion supported version number to the HTML footer.

Note that we're using CC Attribute Licensed version 2.0, and move
the <hr/> inside the custom <div>, so that we can...
