Fix copyright year and a little typo.

(Creating a Branch): Tweak to avoid ambiguities wherein it is not
clear whether references were to the reader's progress through the
book or their progress through some particular VC task.

* www/index.pt_BR.html:
Point pt-BR readers to the new location where the translation project
is currently happening (at Google Code). Also sync small changes from
the latest english version.

I agree with you. We will keep maintaining the actual
index.pt_BR.html file. You may want to delete the trunk/src/pt_BR
directory under the official repository, there's no problem for us
about that.

Finish the copyedit tweaks for Chapter 3.

Consistently use the form <option>--foo</option> (<option>-f</option>)
instead of the not-quite correct <option>--foo (-f)</option>. Thank
you, O'Reilly copyeditors, for finding this through a basic awareness
of roman font space width normalities.
