Refine explanation about 'svn commit ; svn log'.

Thanks to Ben for the clarity.

* src/en/book/ch02-basic-usage.xml: I call him my "Little Chef".

Consistify the bevy of different paths that we were using to
repositories, eg:

- /usr/local/svn
- /usr/local/repositories
- /repos
- /tmp/repos
- /path/to/repos

And distill them all down into

- /var/svn

This not only fixes issue #34, but also appeals to my obsessive
compulsive nature. Life is good.
