Hack chapter 4 into a million pieces, scatter on floor, attempt to reassemble.

* src/en/book/ch04-branching-and-merging.xml: slice and dice, add TODOs.

* src/en/book/ch02-basic-usage.xml: update some xref tags.

Translated some paragraphs

Two minor fixes to Howto-translate.txt:
mispelled work at line 510 (output)
mispelled dictionary file name at line 757 (Dizionario-IT-EN.cliplibrary)

service update to chaps list/person link.

Discuss our option notation and long vs short form options in a nice
sidebar in Chapter 2.

This fixes issue #53.

* src/en/book/ch02-basic-usage.xml: Option is not a failure.

Update svn move and svn copy documentation for Subversion 1.5. This
does not include the listing of options for these commands (which will
be updated when I do all of Chapter 9.

This fixes issue #85.
