Revert r2759 in the Norwegian book. It will soon be merged from src/en/,
and in the meantime it triggers "make bookdiff".

Fix an svndumpfilter example to use the same dumpfile name from the
previous example (which differs from the English version).

De-Unix-ify some svndumpfilter examples by using regular redirection
instead of pipes from 'cat'.

Use 'svndumpfilter < dumpfile > outfile' (which works on Windows)
instead of 'cat dumpfile | svndumpfilter > outfile' (which does not).

(engdir): Change the source of the checkout _temporarily_ to
/branches/ora-2e-reorg while the sync goes on.
