Version Control With Subversion Source

* src/nb/tools/svnbook.vim: Add "a" (automatic paragraph formatting) to
formatoptions.

* src/nb/book/ch-advanced-topics.xml
* src/nb/book/ch-repository-admin.xml
* src/nb/book/ch-server-configuration.xml
Some typo fixes I’ve had in an old WC for ages. Get them out of the
way.

* src/nb/Makefile
(engdir): Change the source of the checkout _temporarily_ to
/branches/ora-2e-reorg while the sync goes on.

Sync the Norwegian and English book up to r2571. Merged r2571 from the
ora-2e-reorg branch.

In addition to the changes in r2571:

* src/nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS
Various file renames.
(In progress): The translation percent increased to 32% for
ch-advanced-topics.xml .

* src/nb/LAST_UPDATED
Updated to 2571.

* src/nb/book/ch-basic-concepts.xml
(svn.advanced.reposurls): After being moved here from
ch-advanced-topics.xml it had to be translated.

* src/nb/Makefile
($BOOKFILES, $BDFILES): Renamed ch-introduction.xml to
app-quickstart.xml and added ch-customizing-svn-xml .

Book Spanish.

translated a couple of paragraphs, and added a few notes from the
traducer

Sync the Norwegian and English book up to r2570, merged {r2569, r2570}
from the ora-2e-reorg branch. Which is long gone, but we have a time
machine available.

svn.intro.architecture, svn.intro.components): Moved to
ch-preface.xml.

* src/nb/book/ch-preface.xml
(svn.intro.whatis) Moved from ch-introduction.xml.
(svn.intro.history, svn.intro.features, svn.intro.architecture,
svn.components): Moved from ch-introduction.xml as sect2’s under
svn.intro.whatis.

* src/nb/LAST_UPDATED
Updated by "make sync HEAD=2570".

* src/nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS

Rename file names. Should have been part of r2751.

Perform the same actions as in r2568, rename all *.xml files to more
descriptive names.

In src/nb/book/, perform the following renames:

repository, you never know who’s listening.

* src/nb/book/book.xml: "make bookdiff" complains after r2596, so make
it happy. Removed the r from &svn.version; .
