Version Control With Subversion Source

Fix some stuff I unfixed last week.

* book/ch-basic-usage.xml: s/option/switch/

* src/en/book/ch-server-configuration.xml: some inital changes based on cmpilato's review.

* src/en/book/ch-branching-and-merging.xml: lots of changes based on cmpilato's review.

* src/en/book/ch-repository-admin.xml
* src/en/book/ch-fundamental-concepts.xml
* src/en/book/ch-server-configuration.xml
* src/en/book/ch-developer-info.xml
Consistently use URL schemas with two trailing slashes (so, file://
and https://, not file:/// or http:)

* src/en/book/ch-server-configuration.xml
* src/en/book/ch-basic-usage.xml
Commit up some hopefully non-controversial mostly-formatting tweaks.
