Remove property 'last-sync', and set this property on 'book' directory,
globally for all files.

* src/ru/sync.py: move from per-file syncing to syncing all-files-at-once.

* src/ru/TRANSLATION-STATUS: update status of translation.

Delete branch since I'm done with it

Merge fitz-ripping-up-ch-02 branch back to trunk.

* book/ch-reference.xml, book/ch-advanced-topics.xml,
book/ch-repository-admin.xml, book/app-svn-for-cvs-users.xml,
book/app-quickstart.xml, book/ch-basic-usage.xml: Merge, of course.

Chapter 2 now ready for review.

* src/en/book/ch-basic-usage.xml: Refine.

* src/en/book/ch-advanced-topics.xml: Tweak a weird title.

A number of improvements to chapter 4.

* src/en/book/ch-branching-and-merging.xml:

- a bunch of misc cleanups/rewordings
- don't mention CVS attic junk
- don't mention the specific command 'svn obliterate', keep it vague
- mention pegrev syntax where we can
- don't talk about svn 1.0, that's so 2004.
- add new section warning about problems with merging moves/copies

* src/en/book/ch-advanced-topics.xml
(Network Model): Rework to be ... Pilatoan, and revert the changes
to the section IDs made when moving this section from the Server
Configuration chapter. (It was rather the point of using such IDs
to allow us to move sections around without breaking URLs in our
HTML forms of the book.)

* src/en/book/ch-server-configuration.xml
* src/en/book/ch-customizing-svn.xml
Update cross-reference IDs.

* src/en/book/ch-branching-and-merging.xml: remove spurious whitespace.

Add some more index entries.

Finish up my chapter 6 changes, it's ready for reviewing.

* src/en/ch-server-configuration.xml:

- remove creds-caching section & update xrefs
- stop pushing mod_deflate
- mention that path-based authz is a perf hit
- make sure factorized path-based-authz section isn't mentioning
apache; keep it general.

* src/en/ch-advanced-topics.xml:

- add creds-caching section.
- rewrite intro to creds-caching section.

* src/en/ch-customizing-svn.html

- update xref

Update the runtime configuration REG4 example file.
