Book Russian. Merge with changes from r2568 of the src/en/book (mostly, files renaming). More detail in log for r2568.

Chapter 2 now content complete. On to the refining passes.

Broad strokes at fleshing out chapter two to the new outline. 95% of
the way to content complete, then I'll start making refining passes.
