Broad strokes at fleshing out chapter two to the new outline. 95% of
the way to content complete, then I'll start making refining passes.

Revert r2636, which was intended for a private branch.

Merge Fitz's misdirected r2636 change onto his private branch.

Rip apart Chapter Two (Basic Usage), rearrange a bit, sprinkle with
TODOs, and ready to keep moving.

* src/en/ch-server-configuration.xml:

- mention OSX keychain intergration
- more clearly delineate the ways to start svnserve
- explain how to run svnserve as native Windows Service
- reorganize 'extras' Apache section into clearer subsection
- document SVNListParentPath
- remind users to set svn:mime-type for better browsing
- document high-level logging feature
- lots of misc. cleanup & rewording
