Continue the reorganization effort by splitting the Advanced Topics
chapter into two (spawning a new Customizing Your Subversion
Experience chapter), transforming what was left of the Introduction
chapter into a new Quick-Start Guide appendix, plus some other section
moves.

new ch-customizing-svn.xml file now).
(svn.advanced.reposurls): Moved to ch-basic-concepts.xml.

* src/en/book/ch-customizing-svn.xml
New, copied from ch-advanced-topics.xml, but with everything cored
out except svn.advanced.l10n svn.advanced.l10n.understanding
svn.advanced.l10n.svnuse svn.advanced.externaldifftools
svn.advanced.externaldifftools.diff, and
svn.advanced.externaldifftools.diff3.

* src/en/book/ch-introduction.xml
Renamed to app-quickstart.xml.

* src/en/book/app-quickstart.xml
Was ch-introduction.xml. Converted to an appendix. Reworked the
opening simplesect to better describe the scope (and use "appendix"
instead of "chapter"). Renamed the "Quick-Start Guide" section to
"High-speed Tutorial". Left a TODO about expanding the tutorial.

Re-map some entities:
ch01 --> ch-basic-concepts.xml
ch02 --> ch-guided-tour.xml
ch03 --> ch-advanced-topics.xml
ch07 --> ch-customizing-svn.xml

appc --> app-webdav.xml
appd --> app-third-party-tools.xml
Also, drop the &appd; entity into the mix.

Begin the work of reorganization book sections based on our
agreed-upon outline.

(svn.intro.whatis, svn.intro.history, svn.intro.features,
svn.intro.architecture): Move to ch-preface.xml.

(svn.intro.whatis) Moved from ch-introduction.xml as a new sect1.

Moved from ch-introduction.xml as sect2's under svn.intro.whatis.
(svn.components): New placeholder section.

On the ora-2e-reorg branch, rename the source files to reveal their
content (instead of their ordering the final rendered results).
