Continue the reorganization effort by splitting the Advanced Topics
chapter into two (spawning a new Customizing Your Subversion
Experience chapter), transforming what was left of the Introduction
chapter into a new Quick-Start Guide appendix, plus some other section
moves.

Renamed to app-quickstart.xml.

Was ch-introduction.xml. Converted to an appendix. Reworked the
opening simplesect to better describe the scope (and use "appendix"
instead of "chapter"). Renamed the "Quick-Start Guide" section to
"High-speed Tutorial". Left a TODO about expanding the tutorial.
