Cap.3 status update

Started and finished the translation of the first part and verified the last part of Chapter 2.
Updated the work plan of Howto-join-SVN-BOOK-IT.txt.
Updated some translation and fixed the misuse of Italian accents in Dizionario-IT-EN.cliplibrary.

* www/es/1.1/: Remove directory. There exists no final 1.1 es translation of
the book at this time. This directory instead contained a mislabelled
snapshot of the es translation as of r1221, which was not linked to from
index.es.html in any case.
* www/es/: Remove now-empty directory.

Restore zh translation to trunk, after deletion in botched tagging operation!

Retroactively re-create zh-1.2-final tag with correct root.

Retroactively re-create zh-1.1-final tag with correct root.

Remove erroneously based zh tags to recreate properly.

* www/it: Remove empty directory.
It shall be re-created when we have a tagged version to publish in it.

* src/tools/bin/nightly-svnbook-build: Cron runs with minimal PATH. Compensate.

* src/tools/bin/nightly-svnbook-build: Add the actual nightly build invocation
script to version control.
