Version Control With Subversion Source

Remove grepping-out of [ERROR] lines from FOP output. Masking errors seems
like a bad idea to me, and the quantity of errors is minimal compared to
the rest of the noise that FOP produces.

Italian translation: Delete <entry lang="en"> additional entries within tables,
which turned out to be what was causing the PDF build to malfunction.
