Continue translation of chapter 2 to pt-BR.

* src/pt_BR/book/ch02.xml:
(svn.basic.vsn-models.lock-unlock): Change the translation of the word "lock" on
already translated text so that it uses the same term found in svn's pt_BR.po file.
In addition, finish the translation of this section.
(svn.basic.vsn-models.copy-merge): Translate this section completely.

Add term "lock" to the glossary.
