Version Control With Subversion Source

Time to get some translation activity in the Norwegian book again.

* src/nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS: Updated ch07.xml status.
* src/nb/book/ch07.xml: Some translation.

* www/index.pt_BR.html: Remove Byte Order Mark which made xmllint(1)
complain about misplaced DOCTYPE declaration.

* src/it/lab/Makefile.base-vars: Remove this file from the Italian build system
sandbox directory, since it is now has no local changes remaining.

Tidy up the forked Italian build system by removing spurious changes,
avoiding the use of a temporary file by using a pipe instead,
and performing other miscellaneous fixups.

* src/it/lab/Makefile.base-vars

Set svn:eol-style to native on all text files which did not already have it.

Re-commit the initial modifications made to the build files in the Italian
build sandbox directory.

Copy, unchanged, relevant build system files into src/it/lab/.

* src/it/lab/Makefile.base-rules
* src/it/lab/Makefile.base-vars

Delete src/it/lab/*.orig, because storing copies of original files which are
already under version control in the same repository is a little pointless.

* src/it/lab/Makefile.base-vars.orig

Delete files which were added, instead of being copied with history,
because this made imporant differences much less obvious.
(These will be recreated correctly in a moment.)
