Tranlation status update.

Added a section on remarks inside xml files

Remove owners from not translated chapters in the translation status
table because we have changed our translation process, as discussed
in the svn-pt_br mailing list.

* www/index.pt_BR.html:
Remove owners from chapter 2 through 9, plus appendix A.

Ordered and added 'oozing' term

Now is ready to be verified (thanks to ender for oozing translation suggestion)
