Add a table that shows an overview of the translation status to pt-BR.

* www/index.pt_BR.html:
Add the translation status table in the translation-specific content slot.

Add styles used by the table so that other translation teams can use them.

Book Spanish. Translated three paragraphs.

Revert some changes from r2206.

That revision is partially a wrong merge. The pt-BR translation team
decided to fix the translation at the version 1.2 of the book. However,
that merge included changes related to the version 1.3. Only those changes
were reverted, namely the ones from r2160. Changes from r2142 needed not
to be reverted because they were not included in the merge.

* index.pt_BR.html:
Announce that the translation team is recruiting a new volunteer translator.

Added some instructions about how to modify already committed
remarks associated to committed data.

Added 'vendor' term

Revert the part of r2271 that matched a change that won't be in
Subversion until at least v1.4, because the book is still on v1.3.
