Added some details related to accent letters

(svn.advanced.externaldifftools.diff): Swap the listed external diff
errorcodes and their meanings. Noticed by Santeri Paavolainen
<santeri.paavolainen@...>.

added some notes about utf-8 coding

solved problem dealing with accented letters (thanks to
Alessio Spadaro).
Still be be checjed to substitute italian accented letters.

Still to be completed (last page) and merged with other contribution.
There are some troubles with iatalian accented letters (typical àèò,...)
even if I use a utf-8 editor? We have to investigate (help are welcomed:-)

Description of solution 'to commit error' introduced.
Of course was only a jsvn mis configuration problem.
