Book Spanish. Chapter 2 is now entirely in Spanish.

Uniformly set svn:mime-type to 'text/html; charset=UTF-8' across *all* the
www/index.*.html files.

Uniformly use the HTML-compatible form of XML empty elements, throughout.

Convert the Svnbook website from HTML 4.01 Transitional to XHTML 1.0 Strict.

* www/styles.css: Change all tag names to lowercase.
Change #versionlist to .versionlist, as some pages want to apply this to
multiple objects.

Common changes to all HTML files:
- Change <!DOCTYPE>.
- Use XML form for empty elements.
- Switch from <u> to <span style="text-decoration: underline">.
- Add class="versionlist" do all id="versionlist" elements.

* www/index.es.html: As above, plus: Correctly escape & characters.
Uniformly use lowercase in tag names. Un-duplicate "versionlist" id.
* www/index.it.html: As above, plus: transcode from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8,
updateing Content-Type <meta> tag.
* www/index.ja.html: As above, plus: Add missing closing tags.
* www/index.nb.html: As above, plus: Add missing closing tags.

* www/index.ru.html: As above, only.
* www/index.zh.html: As above, only.

* www/index.html.var: Sync with change to index.it.html charset.

Sync the Norwegian and English web page.
