* ch09 (svn info): Update this one command to 1.3.

* src/tools/build-nightlies: Cease using book-dist.py and creating temporary
tarballs as part of the nightly svnbook build. Instead, invoke make
directly, and just move the generated files into place, rather than
compressing and then immediately uncompressing them.

Switch away from using 'install -m 644' as an install command, because it
is useful for the nightly builds to respect umask. Instead, use 'cp -r'.
Switch from 'install -d' to 'mkdir -p' rather than use install in one
isolated situation.

* src/tools/Makefile.base-vars:
(INSTALL_DATA): 'install -m 644' -> 'cp -r'.
(MKDIR): 'install -d' -> 'mkdir -p'.

Improve nightly index HTML page.
- Make valid XHTML 1.0 Strict.
- Display build duration.

(build_begin_time, build_end_time): Timestamp the build.
(output stage): Add DOCTYPE declaration.
Clarify title wording.
Add mandatory type attribute to <style> element.
