* www/index.es.html: Updated web page to match English revision 2149.

Import updated readme-dblite.html from doc/dblite.html in the O'Reilly
DocBook Lite version 0.5 tarball.

* src/tools/readme-dblite.html: Import latest version from upstream, bringing
with it the following changes:
Rewrapped some lines.
README is used in example instead of README.txt.
O'Reilly production comments are now wanted in <remark>-s not <comment>-s.
See Also section referring to a page on the O'Reilly intranet is removed.

* www/index.en.html: Correct sizes of 1.2 book, and make available tarballs
of the HTML formats.

Typo fix.

* src/en/book/ch03.xml: 'othe' -> 'other'.

* COMMITTERS: Change username 'waldemar' to 'roberti' to reflect the actual
username in the password file.
(EMERITUS COMMITTERS): Make a new section and list those people whose
usernames appear in the repository history but not in the password file.

* www/index.en.html
(Online Versions of the Book): Point to the Trac browser instead of the
mod_dav_svn default view for the book sources.
(Feedback/Contributing): Rework this section to include a link to our
issue tracker.

Add section for 1.2 versions, and bump the nightly section to refer to 1.3.

Add placeholder for 1.2 renderings.
