Version Control With Subversion Source

Improve the description of "global-ignores", which was a bit misleading.

* en/book/ch07.xml
(svn.advanced.confarea.opts.config): Note that files are not ignored if
specified explicitly.

Clarify part of the "Subversion for CVS Users" appendix.

* book/appa.xml
(svn.forcvs.status-vs-update): Untangle the description of "svn update"
from the description of "svn status", giving them separate sub-sections.
Make the list of status codes more self-consistent.

* en/book/ch09.xml: The new 'Subversion properties' section was erroneously
reusing id attributes copy/pasted from another section. Tweak ids to be
truly unique.

Book Spanish. Translated nine paragraphs.

Book Spanish. Chapter 1 revised against the english version.

Book Spanish. Chapter 0 revised against the english version.

Book Russian. Translated some paragraphs.

Book Spanish. Translated six paragraphs.

Some final additions for the 1.2 svnbook.

* src/en/book/appb.xml: describe how to have mod_mime automatically
set svn:mime-type on new files added via
autoversioning. This closes ticket #10.

* src/en/book/ch09.xml: add a list of all defined 'svn:' properties to
reference section.
