Document the "editor command" feature more fully.

editor, how the editor command string is used, and how the editor
should behave.

(svn.ref.svn.sw): Add a cross-reference from "--editor-cmd" to the above.

Update site to display logo for red-bean's new home.

* index.pt_BR.html, index.es.html, index.it.html, index.zh.html,
index.ru.html, index.ja.html, index.nb.html, index.en.html: Update
sponsor logo to indicate that we're now hosted by onShore.

* images/collab_sponsor.jpg: Removed.

* images/onShore.jpg: New image.

translation note to the newly created special region for

(svn:eol-style): Fix typo. Put term 'operating system' in plural form.

* www/index.nb.html: Add a <base href> element to make remote editing of
the file more realistic.

Sync the Norwegian and English web page.

* www/index.nb.html: Updated r2054:2087 from index.en.html .

* www/index.en.html: Update the front page to mention downloadable tarballs.
Also correct some sizes.
