Compose Appendix F (what other tools are out there?)

* appd.xml: some tweaks, suggested by jerenkrantz.

Quick skim to change all names we missed to Harry and Sally. Byebye

* doc/book/book/ch02.xml: Name changes
* doc/book/book/ch03.xml: Name changes
* doc/book/book/ch06.xml: Name changes

* ch02.xml: add a sidebar explaining how repositories are accessed
via URLs. This is probably the best place to introduce this, since
1) it's a basic concept, and 2) it's the first time we see a
repository URL in the book.

* appd.xml: fix typo.

* appd.xml (WebDav and Autoversioning): finish this appendix.

It would be Really Swell if jerenkrantz could quickly look over this
chapter. I'd like to make sure I didn't mess up my explanation of
his mod_dav_lock module. :-)

* doc/book/book/appe.xml: Fix Grammar-o.

Make URLs into bona fide systemitems

* doc/book/book/appe.xml: Markup fixup.

Add a table detailing the currently available GUI clients for Subversion

* doc/book/book/appe.xml: Add content.

Whoops. Need to 'rm -rf' the html-chunk directory. Thanks to Jani
Averbach (jaa@...) for pointing this out.

* /doc/book/Makefile: (book-clean) force remove the html-chunk
directory.

* appd.xml: new appendix, all about WebDAV/DeltaV and Autoversioning.
Not yet finished, but will be soon. Need to pick jerenkrantz' brain
about the httpd-2.1 generic-locking he created. Will finish this
later tonight.

* ch07.xml (WebDAV): hack this section down quite a bit, move lots of
its information into Appendix D. Create a xref to Appendix D.
