Merge updates from /trunk/src/en from r2003 up to r2032.

* www/index.pt_BR.html
Rollback changes made in revision 2030 because all special characters
valid for the text in portuguese were removed. Insert a pipe after the
japanese link. Translate to portuguese the japanese link title.

* www/index.zh.html
* www/index.ru.html
Add missing "pipe" separator after Japanese translation link. This
completes work started by tnishi in r2030.

Language bar maintenance: vertical bar was missing after the "Japanese" link in some pages. However, I couldn't fix the Russian and Chinese pages because for some reason, I kept botching up the character codes or something when I tried to save.

Fixed html code: comment wasn't acting properly when viewed in Netscape.

* www/index.html.var: Update charset for index.es.html, and also change
Content-type to canonical capitalization as in Apache manual.

Book Spanish. Translated one paragraph.
