Version Control With Subversion Source

* pt_BR/book/book.xml
Set the language of the book to pt-BR.
This is necessary in order to make every
text that comes from the DocBook stylesheets
appear in Brazillian Portuguese.

* www/index.pt_BR.html
Placed links to the nightly build version of
the pt-BR book so that people can see how much
of the book was already translated (both
norwegian and russian versions do the same
with their home pages). Links to the English
version were removed.

* pt_BR/book/ch00.xml
Completed the translation of the entire preface.

* src/nb/book/ch07.xml: Added missing ¤.

Translated a subsection in the Norwegian book.
