Version Control With Subversion Source

Make properties consistent.

* en/book/appc.xml: eol-style=native, mime-type=text/xml.
* en/book/images/ch01dia1.png: mime-type=image/png.

Merge the beginning of the translation from the abortive manually added,
rather than copied, pt_BR files.

* pt_BR/book/foreword.xml
* pt_BR/book/book.xml

Copy new directory tree for the pt_BR Brazilian Portuguese translation,
excluding the five English-only files: REVIEW HACKING TODO README ID-REMAP.

Delete svnbook pt_BR directory, because it was not copied using a Subversion
copy, but using a manual addition.

Started translation to Brazillian Portuguese from the
trunk. The directory src/en was copied from revision
1922 without keeping history. The property svn:ignore
was properly set at src/pt_BR/book as it is in
src/en/book.

The only translated files committed in this revision
are the following. All other files remain in English
for further translation.

* src/pt_BR/book/foreword.xml
* src/pt_BR/book/book.xml
The only translated files so far.

Ignore a couple of directories in the Norwegian subtree.

svn:ignore set to "bd.tmp".

Added "eng" to svn:ignore.
