Tweaks with the aim of enhancing the re-usability of the buildsystem elsewhere.

(INSTALL_DIR, OUTNAME): Make generic.

(INSTALL_DIR, OUTNAME): Override with specifics.

* src/tools/fo-stylesheet.xsl: Refer to admonition graphics relative to .fo
file, not relative to FOP invocation directory.

* src/tools/dtd/dblite.dtd: Update to O'Reilly DocBook Lite v0.5.

More updates to the Norwegian book, merged r1796:1881 from the English
files.

* en/book/ch00.xml: Comment out a paragraph applying only to the O'Reilly
Hardcopy version, and irrelevant otherwise. Also mark up a remark to the
O'Reilly production editors in <remark> tags.

section.

The pt-BR home page now refers to the 1.1 English version instead of the nightly build. The translation group decided to begin the translation from the lastest release (1.1) and not from the nightly build anymore.

* trunk/www/index.pt_BR.html:
Put links to the 1.1 version in place of the nightly build ones.
