Use <ulink> instead of <systemitem> for "real" (public) URLs. Another
Good Idea From MaxB(tm).

* en/book/ch00.xml: Comment out a paragraph applying only to the O'Reilly
Hardcopy version, and irrelevant otherwise. Also mark up a remark to the
O'Reilly production editors in <remark> tags.

Sietse Brouwer (sbbrouwer@...) reminds us to fill in the error-reporting
section.

The pt-BR home page now refers to the 1.1 English version instead of the nightly build. The translation group decided to begin the translation from the lastest release (1.1) and not from the nightly build anymore.

* trunk/www/index.pt_BR.html:
Put links to the 1.1 version in place of the nightly build ones.

Do in the translations the same image rename done in the English version.
