* en/book/appc.xml: Re-word to be merely extremely short, rather than obviously
under construction.

* en/book/ch01.xml: Spacing tweak.

* en/book/ch00.xml: Make use of <xref>-s where appropriate.

Use <ulink> instead of <systemitem> for "real" (public) URLs. Another
Good Idea From MaxB(tm).

* en/book/ch00.xml: Comment out a paragraph applying only to the O'Reilly
Hardcopy version, and irrelevant otherwise. Also mark up a remark to the
O'Reilly production editors in <remark> tags.

section.

The pt-BR home page now refers to the 1.1 English version instead of the nightly build. The translation group decided to begin the translation from the lastest release (1.1) and not from the nightly build anymore.

* trunk/www/index.pt_BR.html:
Put links to the 1.1 version in place of the nightly build ones.

Do in the translations the same image rename done in the English version.
