Version Control With Subversion Source

De-note-ify the note-diddly-note note.

* /doc/book/book/ch08.xml: Undo excessive use of 'note'.

Add some JVM memory hints from Michael Price.

It's "run-fop.sh", not "find-fop.sh".

Undo accidental commit

Merge filesystem changes that have occured on trunk since branch
creation into the branch. That's revisions 4527-4978 of svn_fs.h and
the libsvn_fs tree.

(txn_body_copy): Fix compiler error (need const for svn_fs_id_t's).

Add table data style stuffs, and a note about font selection.
