Added the first translated version of the home page to Brazilian
Portuguese. Only the links to the nightly builds were added; links
to older versions were discarded since the translation group had
found no reason to translate them at this point. Also was added an
advice saying that the actual links to nightly builds will reference
the English version until the first pieces get ready to go.
