The great markup sweep. This sorta kinda seems to be what the tools
guys at ORA told me, but I think that they didn't understand what I
really wanted to do. In any case, this does parse, but I believe I'm
going to have to do more monkeying around with this at a later date.
But for our weekend review, it should be just fine. There are still a
number of TODOs, and a couple of sections left to markup.

Ready for Saturday's review session, Mike and Ben.
