Subversion current at the time of writing", instead of specifying explicit
version numbers.

Fix slight alphabetic misordering

* en/book/ch05.xml (svn.reposadmin.maint.tk.svnlook): Swap "lock" and "log" in
the list of commands.

* www/index.es.html:
Merged r1609 into translation. Also corrected a few typos.

Update the Norwegian web page, merge r1583:1609 from the English page.

* www/index.nb.html: Updated r1609. r1589 was already done.
