Version Control With Subversion Source

Removed some old Norwegian stuff from when we lived in the Subversion
repository.

* src/nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS: There’s no misc-docs/* files here anymore.

Edit the Norwegian documentation a bit.

* src/nb/METHOD: Various changes.

* src/nb/book/ch03.xml
(svn.tour.revs.numbers): Translated one forgotten example.

Norwegian svnbook: Translated three subsections.

* src/nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS
ch06.xml to 68%.

* src/nb/book/ch06.xml
(svn.serverconfig.httpd.prereqs, svn.serverconfig.httpd.basic,
svn.serverconfig.httpd.authn): Translated.

* ru/book/ch09.xml: The translation of the list of svn switches has been continued.

Norwegian documentation tweaks.

Fix some typos and add the rest of the make rules.

Be nice to the svnbook server when running "make bookdiff" for the
Norwegian book. Instead of checking out the src/en/book/ directory from
the server, do a local copy of the directory made by "make engdir".

* src/nb/Makefile
(bookdiff): Don’t check out the whole English "book" directory, run
"make engdir" instead and copy the directory locally.

* src/en/book/appb.xml (Subversion and DeltaV): fix some typos.

* ru/book/appc.xml: The properties have been adjusted.

* ru/book/images/ch01dia1.png: MIME type has been set into 'image/png'.
