Version Control With Subversion Source

Decided to ditch markup until O'Reilly gets back to me about how they
want it (a gazillion subcommands isn't something I want to markup
twice). Dumping everything in a screen block for now.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch08.xml: About halfway through svn subcommands
with the rest of them laid out.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch05.xml: Change broken xref and mark as TODO.

* ch00.xml, ch01.xml: a few more tweaks.

* Just about everything else that wasn't test output, a binary file,
or already to set to CRLF: Set svn:eol-style to native.

* doc/book/book/ch03.xml: Adjust tmpfile names in examples, after
revision 4352.

Resolve issue #1073:

* subversion/clients/cmdline/add-cmd.c
(svn_cl__add): Be recursive unless asked to be nonrecursive.

* subversion/clients/cmdline/main.c
(svn_cl__cmd_table): Now "add" takes -N instead of -R.

* subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/commit_tests.py
(nested_dir_replacements, commit_in_dir_scheduled_for_addition):
Adjust.

* subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/switch_tests.py
(commit_routine_switching): Adjust.

* subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/schedule_tests.py
(nested_adds): Adjust.

* doc/book/book/ch03.xml, doc/book/book/ch08.xml: Adjust.

* tools/client-side/svn_load_dirs.README,
tools/client-side/svn_load_dirs.pl: Adjust.

Worked out a basic format with relevant information needed for client
commands.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch08.xml: Start documenting Client commands

First pass at all the svn client switches... Sure are a lot of them.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch08.xml: Documenting svn client switches.

* ch00.xml, ch01.xml: commit some lingering local mods.

Change mime-type to image/png.
