Translation 'svn.intro.quickstart' is finished

* book/ch02.xml
Translated and ready for editing

* Makefile
Rule $(BOOK_VERSION_SOURCE) from Makefile.base is redefined.
Now revision shown on title page corresponds revision on which
translation of book is based. For this purpose using file LAST_UPDATED.
