Version Control With Subversion Source

Finish off my last TODO blocking the 1.1 release of the book (mostly
involved adding the peg revision syntax to programlistings).

* src/en/book/ch09.xml: Update all subcommands to match svn release
1.1.

* src/en/TODO: Remove item.

Add an HTML stylesheet to the German translation (copied from the English one).

Time to start on a new chapter in the Norwegian svnbook.

Forgot to remove colo.xml from the Norwegian Makefile.

Sync the Norwegian svnbook with the English version, r1268:1306.

Remove a bunch of uninteresting copies of 'en' files. (If relevant

...to here, and tweak a bit for use with different locales.

Stylesheet tweak. Again. One day I'll be happy, I swear.

Fix httpd.conf programlistings -- all programlisting and screen sections
should be left-aligned in the first column.
