Time to start on a new chapter in the Norwegian svnbook.

* src/nb/TRANSLATION-STATUS
Moved ch06.xml into the "In progress" section.

Added the usual Vim modeline.

Forgot to remove colo.xml from the Norwegian Makefile.

(BOOKFILES, BDFILES): Remove colo.xml from the file list.

Sync the Norwegian svnbook with the English version, r1268:1306.

Stylesheet tweak. Again. One day I'll be happy, I swear.

Fix httpd.conf programlistings -- all programlisting and screen sections
should be left-aligned in the first column.

Remove stale outline.txt file.
