Book Spanish. Translated four paragraphs.

Proofreading of chapter four in the Norwegian svnbook.

Added ch04.xml to the “Proofread” section.

Corrections and rewrites, 59% proofread.

Minor cleanup in the Norwegian Makefile after glossary.xml left the
building.

Removed glossary.xml from $(BOOKFILES) and $(BDFILES).

Delete Russian directory again. There have been changes to the English book,
and no translation yet. Let us actually wait for there to be real concrete
material visible on the mailing list before creating this directory again.

* ru/: Delete.

Remove unused glossary template. We have come this far without a glossary - if
we ever decide we want one, that's what history is for.

* en/book/glossary.xml: Delete file.
