* subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/copy_tests.py: Modified.

* subversion/tests/clients/cmdline/module_tests.py: Modified.

'svn switch' applies to both directories and files.

ch04dia3.png, ch04dia4.png: change all diagrams to have new names (ugh)
