resolution, some bits about update/checkout -r, and a few other
tweaks. Ready to ship it out.

of the chapter and add info on dates, etc. Other formatting changes.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch02.xml: Change " to <quote>

Book: rename the 'write' example project to 'calc', which is less confusing.

* ch02.xml, ch04.xml: write->calc, document.c->integer.c, search.c->button.c

* VersioningModels.ppt, branches.ppt, ch02dia6.png, ch04dia2.png,
ch04dia3.png, ch04dia4.png: change all diagrams to have new names (ugh)

Minor edits to the summary. Still not clever, but whatever...

* ch02.xml, ch04.xml: change your collaborator from "Felix" to
"Sally", in both of these chapters.

Incorporating more changes from Monday night's meeting. Done
annotating, now back to writing the new parts for ch03.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch03.xml: Tweaks and fixes. Removed a good bit
of the 'other commands' section and put those bits into ch08

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch05.xml: Fixed xref that I broke when moving
bits to ch08.

* /trunk/doc/book/book/ch08.xml: Moved some bits from ch03 to here for
later use.

* ch04.xml: rewrite repeated-merge section, and describe how to
resurrected deleted data.

* ch04.xml: many new changes incorporated, from peer review.

* outline.txt: add a task -- need to document example of using one of
our access-control hook scripts.
